November 15, 2010 — Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich joined Fire Chief P. Michael Freeman, members of the Hall and Quinones Family, and members of the Los Angeles County Fire Department in dedicating a 25-mile stretch of SR-14 as the "Captain Ted Hall and Engineer Arnie Quinones Memorial Highway." Hall and Quinones perished in the 2009 Station Fire.
