Notes for Charles W. (Or B.) "Charlie" FISHER:

    Born after June 1868 (latter half '68); was age 11 in 1880.
    In 1903, lived in Sioux City
    Wore toupee, drank heavily, directed fairs, worked as jockey
    Kids loved him (esp. Helen Fisher)
    Married more than once. Wives and children unknown.
    Will G. Noble and records of San Fernando, Ca., appear on the death certificate, even listed as undertaker, but I believe this is the sheriff who notified family.
    Charley died of "achronic valvular disease of heart — mitral insufficiency."
    The family suspected "foul play" in his death, but this could not be proven.
