Frederick Glenn Davis


Born: 08/23/1949 in Pittsburgh, PA — EOW: 02/08/2014.

Fred was a retired Detective III with the Los Angeles Police Department. He was with the department 37 years, primarily in narcotics, last assignment with LA Impact.

Fred also served 33 years in the United States Air Force Reserves. He retired as Chief Master Sargent with the 452nd AES, March Air Base.

He is survived by his wife Amy, his children Shirley, John, Jennifer and Mikey, grandson Kenny and his two dogs, Mitsy and Kila.

A memorial service will be held at the Los Angeles Police Revolver and Athletic Club. Donations can be made in Fred's memory to the Los Angeles Police Memorial Foundation at www.lapmf.org or the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals LA at www.spcala.com.
