Merilee Elizabeth Jensen


Merilee Elizabeth Jensen, 83, passed away in Logan, UT, on September 16, 2013. She was born to Mary and Edward Bozant in Whittier, CA on January 22, 1930. On June 28, 1980 she married O’Dean Jensen in Newhall, CA.

Merilee lived in Newhall, CA and Fielding, UT. During her life she was a homemaker and drove a school bus for the William S. Hart Union High School District. She retired from there in 1989.

She loved to watch television, crochet, sew and toll-paint. She loved her soap operas and old musical movies. Around Christmas time she loved to send out many Christmas Cards, and every year she looked forward to receiving them.

Merilee is survived by her Husband, O’Dean(Fielding, UT); Children, Debbie Brooks (Palmdale, CA), Pam Lawrence(Palmdale, CA), Steve Brace (Canyon County, CA) and Judy Brace (Tuma, ID); Grandchildren, Lonnie Mast, Merilee Mast and Ron Jensen.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday September 19, 2013 at Rudd Funeral Home (1234 S. Main St., Garland, Utah). There will be a viewing held at the funeral home previous to the funeral from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Interment at Eternal Valley Memorial Park in Newhall, California.
