Sand Canyon Residents
Wedding photo of Paula Palmer and Clement Kenneth Cox. Clem, the second of three boys, was born in Sand Canyon in 1924 after the arrival a year earlier of his parents, Clement Dunbar Cox and Leona Cox. Paula arrived in Sand Canyon in 1939 at age 13. They were next-door neighbors. (From left): Paula's father, Paul Palmer; her mother, Edith; Paula; Clem; Leona Cox. (Clement Dunbar Cox died from pneumonia when Clem Jr. was 5.)
