Clem Cox Ranch
Sand Canyon
Clem Cox drives the tractor on his 107-acre chicken ranch property in Sand Canyon, where he was born in 1924. In the 1990s, Clem and his wife Paula sold 103 acres to the developer of the Robinson Ranch Golf Course.
