RE: Hart Park Fundraising Petition
We are very pleased to report that the Court granted our
petition on August 9, 1991 finding that fees for specific special
events and fundraising to support the park are consistent with
Hart's will.
A signed order will be available shortly. We can begin
immediately the planning of such.events and the establishment of
appropriate accounts to separate funds for benefit of the park.
