Then there is another new tailback who figures to help
out today for the first time smce the Oregon State game

a talented sophomore from Azusa who reminds fans of the
former Bruin All-American Paul Cameron, especially his
running style.
Chuck Kendall, a clever semor who is handicapped by a
knee condit10n, will probably start today but Skip Smith
and Kilmer are ready to step in and do a Job-plus another
semor named Kirk Wilson, who showed signs last week of
commg to life after a slow start this seawn.
The 19 5 8 Brums also have other capable performers-but

authority W'ingbacks Phil Parslow and Marv Luster have
good speed. Blockmg Backs Dave Peterson all 169 pounds
of him and Art Phillips do a good Job.
The Brum forward wall is lackmg m over-all size but Bob

at guard. Sophomore Harry Baldwm is a comer at center
UCLA is hurtmg at tackle but Trusse Norris, a converted
