Change of Face

Because of some people leaving the
Hart District Office, the Arroyo Seco
Administration went through a change
this year.
Jon Curwen was promoted to acting
Principal and he's done a good job this
year. The students hope he will return
next year as principal. To take Mr. Cur-
wens place was Dr. Vernon Carter who
was appointed as acting Vice Principal.
Dr. Carter will be leaving the district
next year and we wish him well wherever
he goes.

Farewell

This year, the Seco student body and faculty
said goodbye to a fine person and principal,
Dr. Jim Bown. Dr. Bown became principal at
Seco in 1968 and had been here until this year.
He is now working at the Hart District Office
and we are sure he is doing a good job there
also. Thank you Dr. Bown for all the fine con-
tributions you've made at Seco .
