        The Economic Development Division (EDD) at College of the Canyons fuels the local economy by providing wide-ranging support to
        businesses to help them grow and develop the workforce.

        EDD programs provide a broad array of services that complement the college’s occupational programs, ranging from customized
        contract training to workshops and consulting services.
        The EDD has served more than 500 employers and more than 2,700 employees annually for the past three years. It generates
        resources from many sources, including contract education and grants, and has generated more than $1 million in support
        resources every year since 2006.
