5. Feature Data and Record Keeping describes
information related to the maintenance of each
type of feature including its historical significance,
preservation practices, potential pest or disease
problems, and helpful references. Record keeping
provides a format for notes related to individual
features such as propagation, replacement, dam-
age or other major changes in the landscape.
6. Seasonal Calendar describes how to compile
preservation practices into an annual calendar that
lists the best time to look for specific problems and
carry out work needed.
