Recipe:
2 lbs. beef diced to ½-inch, ½ suet dice,
5 tbsp. chili powder, 1 tsp paprika,
½ cayenne, 2 tsp. wild marjoram or oregano,
3 pods garlic, 2 cups mince onion,
½ cup lard, 2 cups tomato puree
