A time to keep silence




                                             and a time to speak                              \


                                         are the  bases  by  which a  teacher obtains a good
                                        rapport with  his  students. Teaching involves  more
                                          than just informing students of facts,  laws,  and
                                             principles; it is  the interrelation  of listening
                                         and speaking.  Often,  the facts  and figures  taught
                                         are easily forgotten,  yet if  the student can grasp
                                     and  retain  the  concepts  behind them,  the teacher has
                                              truly succeeded in educating him.  It is  the
                                           concepts learned by the student which  mold a
                                      stable person. To everything there is  a  season and a
                           time  to  every purpose under heaven ... ACADEMIC/FACULTY
