Savory Chicken
Strawn Family
Ingredients,
1 cut up chicken
1 cup converted rice
1 to l! cups 'water
1 12 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Combine,
Butter bo t tom of glass baking dish.
Spread the rice over bottom. Lay
chicken pieces atop. Spread cream
of mushroom soup on top of chicken,
sprinkle onion soup. Pour water
over top1 cover. Bake approximately
lt to 2 hours at 325 degrees.
Serves 4 hungry ones
