A committee meeting was held at my office attended by myself, Paul Kreutzer, Norman
Harris, Cynthia Harris and Eleanore Kiersted.

We discussed the events that were planned including the participation of the civil war
enactment.

'LI ,. I expressed my concerns about the time constraints that we had in preparing for this
event. In discussing budget and moneys, Paul stated that in the past the admission was
$1.99 per adult. At this point I indicated that I would not be chairing this event for I felt

It my recommendation that we do not schedule this event at this time if at all. Maybe we
should look at the feasibility of bringing in a professional fund raiser?
