Carl also reported that Tim Collins of the Tesoro del Valle project was concerned if we
were still interested in an agreement. Carl noted that since the project density had already been
reduced and changed, was not sure if the agreement would not accordingly be altered. He
proposed the committee for this agreement find out what the status of this agreement is.

d Carl asked for interested board members to be on a Bylaws Committee, several members
expressed interest, and a meeting was tentatively planned for May 14 at 7:00 p.m. at Carl's house.

Carol Rock reported that there will be a Film Bureau tour beginning at the station on April 12,
but will be out before the Olde Towne Days Committee meeting at 9:00. She also reported that
q there will be a film shoot at the park on April 2, 3 and 4.

Carol also noted that the Arts and Sports Festival was scheduled for April 20 and that we would
be selling the signature orange freezes. She suggested that we also sell our traditional ice cream.
Volunteers are needed.
