                               In  regard$  to  your  request  for  quotations  on  fabricating  new  tube  sheets  and  retubing  your
                               locomotive boiler.  The quotations are compiled as follows:

    ll                         We propose to  supply the  materials and  labor to construct  one front,  fully  flanaed  tube sheet
    ·;t,i  ·.r:u,,r  ~'lc•i'-:t:~\'  ·r:10/.r.~   from  SA5 l 6-70  material.  This  tube  sheet  will  be  riveted  into  place.  We  also  propo$e  to
                           ?   supply  a  portion  of the  rear  tube  sheet  including  most  area,  and  the  top  knuckle  with
                               appropriate holes.  Heat treated and welded into place.  The cost for this service is ·$2$,S l 6.00.

                               l.  We will supply the materials for both the front flanged tube sheet and  rear tube sheet, from
                               appropriate SA.516-70 material, complete and flanged in appropriate areas with tube holes.

                               2,  Heat treat tube sheets for longevity and structural integrity.

                               3,  Remove both front and rear rube sheets and use same as template for new tube sheets.

    l , '  .                   4,  Prepare all surfaces required for the installation of new tube sheets .

                               6,  Install front rube sheet by riveting process in precise placement of original.
                               7.  Work to be performed at the present site of locomotive.
