None.
RECOMMENDATION
That the Board of Directors adopt the attached resolution that makes finding regarding CEQA;
approves the dissolution of VWC and authorizes the General Manager to take the necessary
steps on behalf of SCV Water to implement the plan and carry out the Dissolution in accordance
with the intent of the legislature and the language of SB 634 .
