               thence proceeding clockwise along the agency’s border to the point of origin.
                 Sec. 6.  The board of directors shall adjust the electoral division
               boundaries described in Section 5 by resolution pursuant to Chapter 8
               (commencing with Section 22000) of Division 21 of the Elections Code.
