                                    FUTURE SANTA CLARITA VALLEY BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB

                          On  April  18,  1977  the  Board  of  Directors  of  the  Santa  Clarita  Valley  Boys'  and  Girls'  Club  passed  the
                       following  resolution  unanimously,  "Resolved  that the  Santa  Clarita  Valley  Boys' and Girls' Club build a new major
                       (headquarters)  facility  to  offer  a  broader  program  to  meet  the existing  and  expanding  needs  of the  youth  of  the
                       Santa Clarita Valley , while continuing to maintain and develop  our current satellite programs."
                          The  capital  campaign,  specific  building  plans  and  site  selection  are  now  being  prepared  by  the  building
