"Stoney Burke."
Comic No. 2: Target For a Sniper.

Based at Bonelli Stadium (Saugus Speedway), "Stoney Burke" was a one-season dramatic Western television series that starred Jack Lord ("Hawaii Five-O") and ran on ABC in 1962-1963.

Dell published at least two (probably only two) comic books for United Artists Television as promotional collateral: No. 1 (Dell No. 12-774-308), dated June-August 1963; and No. 2 (Dell No. 12-774-331), dated September-November 1963.
