Max Stone
U.S. Army Veteran, Dodger Stadium Employee


Max Stone of Saugus, California, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014 (22 Elul 5774). Memorial services will be held Sunday, September 21, 2014, at noon, in the Groman Eden Chapel of Groman Eden Mortuary, and will be officiated by Rabbi Jerry Cutler. Mr. Stone, an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Army, is a die-hard fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bears. He was employed by the Los Angeles Dodgers for 23 years, and worked in the box office, and as an usher.

Mr. Stone is preceded in passing by his mother, Elizabeth Brandeis; his sister, Sally Moss; and uncles, Harry Goodman and Joe Goodman. He is survived by his close family friend, Steven Stargen.
