About Blue Cloud Movie Ranch.

Make your next war movie here...

The Blue Cloud Movie Ranch is located on a ridge between Haskell Canyon and Bouquet Canyon, at 20019 Blue Cloud Road.

The movie ranch was started in 2000 by Rene Veluzat (pronouned VALUE-zay), one of three sons of Paul T. Veluzat, who arrived in the Santa Clarita Valley and bought a lot of land including acreage in Haskell Canyon where the Blue Cloud and other Veluzat movie ranches are located.

On June 30, 2015, Rene Veluzat sold the 42.4-acre Blue Cloud Movie Ranch, which included a 2,076-square-foot house built in 1958, for $7.4 million (per public records) to Dylan Lewis, an L.A.-area film producer with a production company in Venice.

Blue Cloud offers a diverse array of sets including a Mexican town and pueblo, Middle Eastern-Afghanistan town, caves and tunnels, an arena, a complete army camp, airplane hangar, vintage gas station, open spaces and vistas (including a Vasquez Rocks cheat); and props including 50 military vehicles, army helicopters and more.
