Unbelievable feats

were tackled as the Varsity Football
T earn began conquering team after
team, winding up as league champions
and going into the CIF playoffs. CIF
began with an exciting victory against
Beverly Hills High and ended in the dark
midst of rain against Crespi. Proud of
their accomplishments, Hart's team left
the field . still knowing they were one of
the top teams in Southern California.
Their outstanding ability to work togeth-
er and help each other was the key to
their success in winning. It was no won-
der this team was such an asset to spirit
creation on campus. Each year Hart has
had a top team and every year people
say they will never be able to do it again
next year. Somehow as each year came
up, the team got better and better, this
year they we re the best of a 11 !
Impressed with his hard working team
Coach Wendt stated "it was hard to
find the stars because everyone was so
good" and went on to say that "it was
the best team I've ever coached."
