Monte has made guest appearances at our 1981 and 1982
Western W~lk of Fame ar,d is presently an executive with the Gene
Autry Museum. One of Monte's favorite hobbies has been collecting
police badges and he now has the world's largest collection which is
being displayed at various Savings and Loan Companies around
Southern California. .
In the last few years Monte has appeared at festivals in Orlando,
Florida, Nashville and Los Angeles. He has made many appearances
in the Rose Bowl parade and been active with the Greater Los
Angeles Variety Clubs in addition to continuing his radio interviews
and appearances. Monte is a talented song writer and his excellent
voice added to his many starring roles at Republic Studios.
