Bob Lynds reports that riders on the Metrolink have started referring to Heritage Junction as
               "Heritage Junk Pile."

               Videos of Points of Interest: Phil Scorza reported progress on video reproduction and preparation of
               copies for sale of the program.  He needs $200 for materials.  Paul Kreutzer suggested to contact Judy
               Holland first.  It was so moved.

               Carol suggested that Phil get legal releases for all persons appearing in the videos.


               Antique Fair and Sale: Pat Saletore reported progress on the event.

               John Mann, as liaison with Hart Park, reported that they had requested we charge $200 and set up in
               the pole barn at Hart Park.  This notion was not acceptable to the board and John was directed to
               inform Hart Park that we did not plan to do this.  He also raised questions about the set up of the
               dance that weekend on behalf of Hart Park, but the issues were resolved.  We will provide our own
               security by providing members to sleep over in the houses.


               Carol Rock suggested an antique  appraiser from a firm and volunteered to investigate.

               Use of the Station: It was clarified under what terms organizations can use the station.  It was agreed
               that the Chamber of Commerce Girl Scouts, Storytellers group and other non profit organizations
               may use the station without charge.  However it was unclear whether the proposed use for a
               Christmas program later this year will be acceptable.



               Organizational chart: Tom Frew distributed copies of the organizational chart and suggested that
               board members·claim some of the listed responsibilities.


               New Business:


               Carol Rock attended the California Preservation Foundation Conference and discussed and displayed
               information and books that she acquired.  She also reminded the board that our membership in that
               organization was due.  It was moved to renew.

               Carol also reported that the Cowboy Poetry Festival organizers want us to be more involved.  It will
               be the last weekend in March.  She proposed we have Friday night movies and will come back next
               month with a cost estimate.  We will also provide a historical bus tour, this time with a theme of film
               heritage.  Carol will also prepare a cost estimate on the tour.  We will also host an expanded bar.

               Paul Kreutzer pointed out a large braided rug that was donated 10 X 12 feet.
