SCV Historical Society General Meeting
January 25, 2009

Call To Order:

President Alan Pollack called the General Meeting of the Santa Clarita Valley Historical Society to
order at 2:15 PM for the purpose of election of the members of the Board of Directors.

A quorum was established with the following board members present: Alan Pollack, Laurene
Weste, Duane Harte, Cathy Martin, Barbara Martinelli, Cathie Kincheloe, and Jeff Boultinghouse.
E.J. Stephens, Sue Yurosek, Nancy Cordova and Kristin Van Way were absent. Executive Director
Pat Saletore was also present.

Election of the Board of Directors:

Jeff moved and Duane seconded to approve the nominations. Motion carried.

Jeff moved and Barbara seconded to elect the Board Members by acclamation. Motion carried.
The list of Board Members elected for 2009 & 2010 is attached and made a part of these
minutes.

Jeff moved and Barbara seconded to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:16 PM.
