6. LEVEL OF SIGNIFICANCE AFTER MITIGATION
Even with implementation of the mitigation measures proposed by the project, if
sufficient County and State funds are not allocated to support increases in law enforcement
services in the area, project-related and cumulative impacts would remain significant and
unavoidable.
