Congressman Edgar W. Hiestand sends congratulations to participants and spectators of
the Saugus Stadium stock car races. Mr. Hiestand has represented the Newhall-Saugus
area, San Fernando and Antelope Valleys for the past ten years. As a fighter for indivi-
