Los Angeles City Council votes unanimously to stand with the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe relative to its fight against the Dakota Access Pipeline. Includes testimony from members of the Fernando-Tataviam Band of Mission Indians, which represents indigenous people of the Santa Clarita and San Fernando valleys.
