Bonelli Ranch Christmas Card
Saugus, California

Top: Foldded closed. Above: Folded open. Click each image to enlarge.

Custom Christmas card from Bonelli Ranch, Saugus, n.d., unused. One sheet of double-thick, textured stock, 14x10.5 inches. Printed on both sides. Folded lenthwise for greeting; wings folded in to close.

Anonymous artwork shows the proximity of the Bonelli ranch house to the rodeo arena (Saugus Speedway) and outbuildings. Soledad Canyon Road is at left, partially obscured by the bucking horse; the SPRR train tracks are at right, below the "Merry Christmas / Happy New Year" bubble formed by the lasso.

The Bonelli family razed the ranch house in early 1988 for fear the newly formed city of Santa Clarita might want to save it as a historic structure. Read about it here.
