FISCAL IMPACT

Upon approval of the recommended action, the total Fiscal Year 2017-18 budget for this project
will be $3,990,976. This amount will adequately provide for the construction and professional
services contracts, project management, inspections, environmental monitoring, labor
compliance, and miscellaneous project administrative costs. The funding for this project is
broken down as follows: Developer Fee Fund $1,472,263; Miscellaneous Federal Grant (ATP)
$1,402,000; Measure R Local Return $825,344; TDA Article 8 $273,785; General Fund Capital
$17,584.
