RE: Fundraising Authorization at Hart Park

Enclosed is a copy of the Court order finding that fees
for special events as described and fundraising for the park do
not violate the Hart Will.

Please note that funds raised must be segregated and
accounted for separately for use exclusively at the park. We
also have transmitted a copy of this order to Peter Whittingham
at the Fifth District.
