1             1.     Notice  to  the  Attorney  General  of  the  State  of

         2                    California  has  been  waived;

                       2.     No  other  person  or  party  is  entitled  to  notice  of

                              the  petition;


         5           .  3.    No  one  has  appeared  in  opposition  to  the  petition;
          6            4.     It  is  in  the  best  interests  of  the  public,  and  no

                              violation  of  the  terms  of  the  Will  of  Williams.

                              Hart,  that  petitioner  be  allowed  to  conduct

                              fundraising  activities  as  set  forth  below;  and

                       5.     The  petition  should  be  granted  as  prayed.

                       IT  IS  ORDERED  THAT  petitioner,  County  of  Los  Angeles,  is
        11
                instructed  that  it is  authorized,  in  the  exercise  of  its
        12
                discretion  through  the  Los  Angeles  county  Department  of  Parks

                and  Recreation,  to  conduct  the  following  activities  at  William

                s.  Hart  County  Park,  and  to  charge  the  public  a  fee  therefor:

        16             1.     Special  lectures,  instructional  and  recreational
                              classes,  c oncerts,  plays  and  movies,  all  of  them
        17
                              relating  to  the  contributions  or  interests  of
        18
                              Williams.  Hart,  such  as  (but  not  limited  to)
        19
                              Western  themes  and  lore,  Shakespearean  acting,  and
        20
                              filmmaking;
        21

        22             2.     Specially  scheduled  events  such  as  (but  not  limited
                              to)  weddings,  retirement  dinners,  company  outings

                              and  birthday  celebrations.  such  events  shall  be

                              scheduled  so  that  they  will  not  unreasonably
