IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT petitioner, County of Los
Angeles, is instructed that it is authorized, in the exercise
5 of its discretion through the Los Angeles County Department of
6 Parks and Recreation, to conduct fundraising acivities at the
7 park which are for the benefit of the park only.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT any money obtained from the
8
programs or fundraising activities permitted herein shall be
9
10 segregated and accounted for separately by the Los Angeles
11 county Department of Parks and Recreation, and used
12 exclusively for and at Williams. Hart county Park.
