H.E.A.T. CLUB
        13-18 yrs
        H.E.A.T. which stands for High Energy Activities
        for Teens, is a program that focuses on a healthy
        and active lifestyle for youth ages 13 – 18. Youth
        participate in a variety of activities including
        softball tournaments, field trips, holiday special
        events and attend sporting events.

        Let’s make the most of life in Los Angeles Coun-
        ty parks!  Ensuring adults 55 years and over stay
        healthy, active and socially connected is a top prior-
        ity for the Department of Parks and Recreation. The
        County has senior centers and programs within our
        many community centers that operate year round.
        Activities and programs range from arts and cultural
        experiences, dance, fitness, life-long learning op-
        portunities, enrichment, health, nutrition,excursions,
        drop-in special events, and special interest groups to
        name just some of the diverse experiences that await.
        Many of our programs are offered free of charge.

        The East Agency is pleased to offer an array of senior
        programs and activities designed for adults 55 years
        and over. Registration for these FREE (*indicates fee)
        activities is ongoing. Please visit your local park and
        sign up today.
