NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED that the Director of the Department of Parks

and Recreation is authorized to sign and accept, on behalf of the County of

Los Angeles and the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles the Operating
Agreement with the State of California to operate and maintain Placerita Canyon State

Park for a term of fifty (50) years.

The foregoing resolution was executed on the 20th day of March 2012
and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles and ex-officio

the governing body of all other special assessment and taxing districts, agencies, and

authorities for which said Board acts.
