The date o.f Saturday, October 8, 1977, should be sufficient time in which to get
a plaque manufactured for Landmark No. 516-2, Mentryville. Our staff is in the
process of editing your suggested text and you will be hearing from us shortly.

Regarding construction of the base, this is the responsibility of the sponsor.
If you are able to get Standard Oil to do this for you, this would be perfectly
all right. Enclosed are the specifications for a base, but you do not have to
erect such a formal base if you do not desire.
