President Cynthia Neal-Harris in the main reception room of the Newhall-Saugus-Valencia Cham-
ber of Commerce building 1n Newhall.
Minutes of the Dec. 4th, 1979 Meeting: Approved as submitted with correction noted on date
of survey to be 1900 survey · instead o·f 1990 svrvey as stated under the Genec)logy Report.

January ·P~9y : Th~ Jan. 16th Program will be a film and presentation about the History of
Antelope Va: :2y. Betty Pember will secure program arrangements. AS this will be the Annual
Election , ballots will be distributed ~t the meeting. This represents a change in last year's
procedure to mail out ballots and allow proxy voting. R~ason: Not enough time to return proxy
votes. Motion: To dispense with absentee ba11ots made by Alberta Knoch,seconded by M1mi Wh1te.
