If something looks different from the standard "Home of Ramona" postcard, it's that here, the famous century plant (at left) is not in bloom.
"Home of Ramona, Camulos Ranch, California." Edward H. Mitchell, publisher, San Francisco. Mitchell was active in the 1910s and 1920s.
Compare to this postcard (also not in bloom). It's almost the same photograph but not quite. The flowers aren't nearly as luxuriant in this view,
and the plants are just a bit smaller (compare the central climbing rose), indicating this photo was made slightly earlier, perhaps earlier in the same season.
