minutes of Executive Board Meeting of September 15, 1997

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Tom Frew after a quorum was ascertained. In
attendance were Tom Frew, Leon Worden, Patti Rasmussen, John Mann, Glen Rollins and Pat
Saletore.

Glen Rollin$ moved that we have a CPA audit the Mogul account from inception. It was seconded by
Leon Worden and passed unanimously

Raising the Society's dues was discussed. Currently the dues structure is as follows:
Regular membership $18
Family 40
Senior 8
Business 75
Life 300 individual, 450 family

After discussion, it was decided to recommend the following to be made effective at the beginning of
1998, moved by Glen Rollins, seconded by Patti Rasmussen:
Regular membership $20
Family 50 (two votes)
Senior 12
Business 1 0O(three votes)
Non Profit 50 (one vote)
Life 350 individual, 500 family

u Glen Rollins requested and was granted permission to investigate more profitable bank accounts in

which to put Society funds.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
