MAIL BIDS
For persons unable to attend and participate in the evening's ceremonies, bids may be sub-
mitted in writing and mailed to "Boys' Club Auction", P .0. Box 822, Newhall, Ca. 91321.
The Boys' Club will honor all bids received by midnight Friday, May 12, 1972. A deposit of
$20 or 20% whichever is more must accompany all mail bids. Mail deposits are refundable.
All checks should be made payable to the Boys' Club of Newhall-Saugus.
ALL AUCTION ITEMS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE
The Newhall Saugus Boys' Club is a non-profit organization. The entire purchase price for
all items at this auction will be tax deductible. Written receipts for tax purposes may be ob-
tained at the cashier's table on payment for the prize.
ALL PRIZES ARE TRANSFERABLE
All items in this catalogue are transferable. They may be used by the winning bidder or may
be presented to the person of his choice. They would make excellent gifts for the man who has .
everything!
Because of the nature of the items offered herein, there will be inevitable changes in the de-
scription and conditions of the prizes. We must reserve the right to make any necessary changes
or deletions before the auction evening. An addendum listing all additions, deletions and cor-
rections will be given to each guest at the affair.
GUARANTEE
The Boys' Club will make every effort to see that all prizes are fulfilled exactly as re-
presented in this catalogue.
Any buyer who is not completely satisfied that his purchase has met the description and
conditions specified at the bidding will receive a full refund.
