High school is the gap between adolescence and
adulthood. It is the time period where we define
who we are and explore the depths within our-
selves. These significant four years mark the
beginning to where we're going and who we would
like to become. It is in these years that we start
coming into our own and expressing our individu-
ality. We also start to appreciate the little differ-
ences that make us unique, and we come to grasp
a comprehension of ·the diverse world around us.
The person in all of us forms, and the fundamen-
tals that mold our individuality, music, fashion,
sports, movies and everything that encompasses
our life, shine brightly through. . Two simple
words but with such a powerful meaning. is
self-acceptance. is pride. is the beauty
that comes with setting your innermost personality
free. This school would not be the place it is with-
out its many s. It is in our different fashion
styles, slang, ideas and appearances that make us
who we are and that allows our true colors to show.
