Superbloom at Future Skyline Ranch

May 2017 — Superbloom in Canyon Country — just outside Santa Clarita city limits, north and east of Nadal Street, west of Sierra Highway and south of Vasquez Canyon Road. Photos by John Gilbert.

In late 2017 and early 2018, the area was graded for the 2,173.5-acre Skyline Ranch project, which was approved by Los Angeles County for 1,032 single-family homes, 188 detached single-family condominium units, a park and an elementary school pad.
