We don't know who they were, but we do know that this 1914 touring party, coming north from Los Angeles, made its first stop for lunch on the Needham Ranch, seen here.

Photo taken during a June 1914 auto tour by persons unknown, who traveled from Los Angeles to Lake Tahoe by way of Sacramento in a 1910 Ford and a 1911 Maxwell.
