Directory to August Rubel's Library (Illustration)
Rancho Camulos

Hand-drawn directory to August Rübel's library in the "teepee room" of the main adobe, so called for the design of the copper-hooded fireplace.

Date and artist are unknown. What appear to the initials "KB" can be seen at lower right.

Note that "World War-1" and "World War-2" do not refer to different wars; there are also sections for "World War-3" and "World War-4." They represent different subject-matter areas related to the Great War.

The effects of the 1994 Northridge earthquake on the library can be seen here in images 2-23 through 2-25.
