to the property in 1995 and 2006.
Below: The Alpha Beta grocery store at the southwest corner of Whites and Soledad was completed in 1976. The Alpha Beta chain was Mormon-owned and did not sell liquor inside the store;
instead, each location had a separate, adjoining liquor store (shown).
