Heather Marie Kounalis Silverman

Heather Marie Kounalis Silverman, age 44, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2014, after a courageous 20 month battle with cancer.

She leaves behind husband Brian, son Tyler, and daughters Cameron and Morgan. Heather is also survived and fondly remembered by her parents, Larry and Denice, her siblings, Holly, Ryan, Nick, and Brittney, her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Heather was a loving, proud, supportive mother and will be remembered for her engaging personality, genuine spirit, endless energy, and enthusiastic approach to living and loving life.

These attributes contributed to her uncompromising professionalism in her career in real estate. Her boundless strength and positive attitude are an inspiration to those who watched her battle for her life, and those signature captivating eyes and infectious smile will be missed by everyone who ever had the honor of knowing her.

Services will be held at NorthPark Community Church, 28310 Kelly Johnson Pkwy, Santa Clarita, CA, 91355 at 2pm on Sunday March 16, 2014, followed by a celebration of life gathering at the same location.
